ipPivot provides patent application and prosecution service for clients throughout the United States and worldwide. Our goal is to offer a simple and affordable solution in the complex field of patent law and to provide our clients with direct legal guidance based on honesty and integrity. Our patent attorneys and registered patent agents are actively helping clients get the patent protection they need, from drafting patent applications to responding to USPTO Office Actions to licensing.   

We have extensive patent prosecution experience in both the corporations and law firms. Before founding ipPivot, our professionals were experienced patent practitioners in US boutique law firms, manager in Taiwan IP firm, or patent manager in Taiwan corporations.  

Prior to starting the patent practice, our professionals enjoyed a successful career in the high technology industry, with years of engineering experience in Semiconductor Fabrication, Liquid Crystal Displays, Light Emitting Diodes, and Chemical and Material Science. This combination of technical, linguistic, and administrative expertise allows us to provide the most effective services possible.
