Alex Hu

Alex Hu focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in semiconductor technology, electronics, circuit design, communications, software, and computer science. His technical expertise includes integrated circuits, semiconductor processes, display technologies, wireless communications, telecommunications systems, and materials science.

Before founding ipPivot, Mr. Hu practiced patent law at intellectual property law firms in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and managed patent departments within Taiwan technology companies.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Hu worked as a senior semiconductor engineer in the high‑technology industry.

胡律師專精於半導體技術、電子電路、通訊技術、軟體與電腦相關技術領域之專利申請及審查程序代理。

在創立沛法專利商標事務所之前，胡律師曾任職於美國大華府地區智慧財產權律師事務所，也曾於台灣高科技企業擔任專利部門主管。

在進入專利領域之前，胡律師曾於半導體產業擔任資深工程師。
